Collective Workshops is an eleven-day residential conference offering hands-on classes in book, paper and print techniques. High quality tuition will be provided, emphasising solid working practices in an inspiring and supportive environment. Tutors are leading specialists and the ten courses range from papermaking, printing and printmaking to historical and contemporary bookbinding and conservation.

Intensive daily class sessions, shared meals, presentations, evening lectures and specially arranged visits will foster unique opportunities for creative exchange and professional development. The first event of its kind in the UK, CW08 aims not just to teach but also to challenge, encourage, stimulate and entertain.
